Three starters remain excluded from depth chart

Three key starters still are missing from the Iowa football depth chart released Monday.
Cornerback Shaun Prater (hamstring), right guard Adam Gettis (ankle) and kicker Daniel Murray (hip flexor) sat out Saturday’s 37-7 win over Eastern Illinois, but coach Kirk Ferentz indicated they could return for this weekend’s showdown against Iowa State.

Linebacker Jeff Tarpinian (hand) is listed as a backup, as is center JoshKoeppel, who was hit by a truck last Monday while riding a moped.
Quarterback Ricky Stanzi, who tweaked his knee but returned against Eastern Illinois, is listed as the starter. Running back Jewel Hampton is back from a one-game suspension.
