Recruit Guerrero cancels UI visit
A scheduling conflict will keep high school point guard Cezar Guerrero from visiting the University of Iowa this weekend.
Dinos Trigonis, Guerrero’s AAU coach in southern California, said Guerrero has to attend an academic function Saturday.
Guerrero had planned on being in Iowa City from Friday through Sunday.
The 5-foot-11 senior from St. John Bosco High School in Bellflower, Calif., still wants to take an official visit to Iowa, according to Trigonis.
Guerrero already has taken official visits to Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Western Kentucky, where he was once committed.
