Submit your nominations for 2012 Kid Captains

Do you know a child with a remarkable story of how University of Iowa Children’s Hospital is “Changing Medicine. Changing Kids Lives?”
Nominations are now open for the 2012 Kid Captain program. Kid Captain, a partnership between UI Children’s Hospital and the Iowa Hawkeyes, features stories of hope and inspiration. Now in its fourth year, Kid Captain is open to any current or former pediatric patient at UI Children’s Hospital. Parents and guardians may nominate their child for this unique honor.
All Kid Captains will receive a commemorative jersey, special recognition from UI Children’s Hospital and the Iowa Hawkeyes, and be honored with a feature story and video the week of their game.
All nominations must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. on April 15, 2012
