Big Ten Conference football: The ground game

Another in a series of summer blogs designed to preview the Big Ten Conference. . . .

This time, it’s the running backs.

Nine of the top 10 rushers from last season return; it’d be 10-for-10 if Marcus Coker hadn’t transferred from Iowa.

Last year’s Top 10 list included quarterbacks Denard Robinson of Michigan, Taylor Martinez of Nebraska, and MarQueis Gray of Minnesota.
