Scherff undergoes surgery for lower leg injury
Ferentz said Sunday that sophomore offensive tackle Brandon Scherff had surgery Sunday morning and is expected to miss a couple months with a lower leg injury.
Ferentz said he would know more about offensive lineman Andrew Donnal’s knee injury later in the week.
Both players were injured in the first half against Penn State.
