Iowa-Michigan football: Expect Robinson to play
Don’t be surprised if injured Michigan quarterback Denard Robinson plays in Saturday’s 11 a.m. game against Iowa at Michigan Stadium.
Mark Snyder of the Detroit Free Press reports that Wolverines coach Brady Hoke might consider playing his senior star, maybe at another position, for a play or two – just to get a well-deserved final ovation by 110,000 appreciative fans on Senior Day.
“That would be something I would think about,” Hoke said. “But to be honest with you, the seniors and the guys and the people who are truly Michigan fans, I think they understand the significance he’s had.”
