Hawkeyes lead three B1G teams in veteran experience

College football fans are getting excited about Phil Steele’s list of which college football team is the most experienced heading into the 2013 season.

He computes the percentage of 2012 lettermen returning for the 2013 season – Rice is No. 1 at 85.7 percent, and Louisiana Tech is 126th at 50.8.

Where do Iowa and Iowa State rank in their respective conferences, according to Steele’s compilation? Returning starters are in parenthesis.
