Nate Meier replaced Hardy as a backup to Drew Ott at left end. Meier remains No. 2 at right end as well.
On offense, Cole Croston replaces Ryan Ward behind Brett Van Sloten at right tackle. Croston, the son of former Iowa offensive lineman Dave Croston, is a redshirt freshman.
Jacob Hillyer is listed as the No. 2 wide receiver, behind Kevonte Martin-Manley. Hillyer had shared the backup spot with Jordan Cotton, who is still listed as Iowa’s kickoff return specialist.
