Jaime Printy is going home again.

The former Linn-Mar of Marion all-state basketball player — who went on to become a standout for the Iowa Hawkeye women — has been named as the head coach of her alma mater.

Printy served as an assistant coach for Linn-Mar last season. Linn-Mar activities director Scott Mahmens confirmed her hiring Wednesday.

She was a three-time Des Moines Sunday Register all-state selection.

Printy went on to score 1,841 points at Iowa, which ranked third best in school history.
