It’s the end of May, when the college football season seems to soooo far away.

But if you’re looking for something to tide you over, there are several bowl projections starting to pop up.

And the experts are all over the map, literally, when it comes to Iowa’s postseason destination.

Brett McMurphy of ESPN has the Hawkeyes in the Capital One Bowl (Orlando, Fla.), while Mark Schlabach is leaning toward the Holiday Bowl (San Diego, Calif.)

Jerry Palm of CBS Sports posted his picks a while back, with Iowa in the TaxSlayer Bowl (Jacksonville, Fla.).

The National Football Post has the Hawkeyes heading back to the Outback Bowl (Tampa, Fla.), but with the new Big Ten selection process, I don’t see that happening.

And, finally, SB Nation is also projecting Iowa to the Holiday Bowl.

Whether you agree or not, it’ll fuel conversation.
