Jersey running back, Texas receiver committ to Iowa.

Akrum Wadley, a 5-foot-11, 170-pound running back from Weequahic High School in Newark, N.J., accepted Iowa’s scholarship offer Saturday, according to various recruiting web sites. Wadley rushed for 1,500 yards and 20 touchdowns last season. The Hawkeyes also received a verbal commitment from Dallas receiver Anjeus Jones on Sunday.  National letter of intent signing day is Wednesday.
